Grilled Aubergine Roulade

Steps:
  • Heat a grilling pan, brush some olive oil and grill sliced Brinjal and sprinkle some salt.
  • Now take another pan, add olive oil, chopped garlic and onion and sauté it.
  • Then add chopped tomato, green chillies, parsley and salt and cook it for few minutes.
  • Now take grilled Brinjal, fill the mixture in it and roll it and seal it with toothpick.
  • Now your Grilles Aubergine Roulade is ready to serve.
