Fruit Tart
Steps:
- Take a bowl, add flour, butter, sugar and chilled water and mix it and make dough.
- Then cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
- Now start whisking the whipping cream till soft peaks then put it in the fridge to chill.
- Now take out the dough and put it in the tart shell mould and put in the preheated oven at 1800C for 15 – 20 minutes.
- Now take a bowl, add whipped cream and fruit cocktail and mix it and put on the tart.
- Now garnish with fresh strawberry and dragon fruit and serve it.
