Fried Pizza

Steps:
  1. In a bowl, add mozzarella cheese, salt, paprika, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, yellow peppers, red peppers, jalapeno and mix well.
  2. Take a bread slice, fill it with the pizza filling, put another slice of bread on top of it and press it together.
  3. Make another one.
  4. In a bowl, add maida, salt and mixed herbs.
  5. Mix well. Add water and whisk it well.
  6. Heat oil in a pan.
  7. Dip the pizza in the flour batter, coat it on all sides and put it in the pan.
  8. When it becomes crisp, flip the pizza.
  9. Fry it until it becomes golden brown.
  10. Cut the fried pizza in two or four pieces and serve it on a plate.
