Fried Pizza
Steps:
- In a bowl, add mozzarella cheese, salt, paprika, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, yellow peppers, red peppers, jalapeno and mix well.
- Take a bread slice, fill it with the pizza filling, put another slice of bread on top of it and press it together.
- Make another one.
- In a bowl, add maida, salt and mixed herbs.
- Mix well. Add water and whisk it well.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Dip the pizza in the flour batter, coat it on all sides and put it in the pan.
- When it becomes crisp, flip the pizza.
- Fry it until it becomes golden brown.
- Cut the fried pizza in two or four pieces and serve it on a plate.
