Falafel with Hummus
Steps:
- Take a bowl, add mashed boiled chickpeas, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, chopped onion and salt and mix it well and make cutlets of it.
- Now heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets from both the sides.
- Now for hummus, take a blender, add boiled chickpeas, salt, garlic, olive oil and tahini paste and lemon juice and blend it.
- Now enjoy your Falafel with Hummus.
