Enchiladas

Steps:
  • Heat a pan, add some oil then add chopped garlic and onion and sauté it.
  • Now add chopped red and green capsicum, green chillies, jalapeno and sauté it.
  • Now add tomato puree, salt, oregano, paprika, cumin powder and boiled red beans and cook it for few minutes.
  • Now take a corn tortilla put some filling on it and roll it and top with cheese and microwave it for 5 – 7 minutes.
  • Now your Enchiladas are ready to serve.
