Egg Rolls
Steps:
- Heat a pan. Add olive oil, chopped garlic and chopped onions.
- Saute it on high flame until translucent.
- Add sliced carrots, sliced capsicum and sliced cabbage.
- Toss it for a minute.
- Add salt, chopped green chillies. Cook it for 2-3 mins.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, add eggs, salt and beat it till light and fluffy. Transfer the vegetables in a bowl.
- In the same pan, add olive oil and spread it evenly.
- When the oil is heated, add the egg mixture to the pan.
- After a minute, take out the extra mixture in a bowl.
- Place a roti on top of the egg and let the roti stick to the roti.
- Add butter on top of the roti and spread it on the roti.
- Take the roti out and put the vegetable filling in middle of the roti. Fold the roti, first fold from the sides and then roll the bottom upwards.
- Trim the edges and cut the roll in two parts.
- Serve it on a plate and put the extra vegetables on the sides or on top and serve it with ketchup on the side.
