Egg Rolls

Steps:
  1. Heat a pan. Add olive oil, chopped garlic and chopped onions.
  2. Saute it on high flame until translucent.
  3. Add sliced carrots, sliced capsicum and sliced cabbage.
  4. Toss it for a minute.
  5. Add salt, chopped green chillies. Cook it for 2-3 mins.
  6. Meanwhile, in a bowl, add eggs, salt and beat it till light and fluffy. Transfer the vegetables in a bowl.
  7. In the same pan, add olive oil and spread it evenly.
  8. When the oil is heated, add the egg mixture to the pan.
  9. After a minute, take out the extra mixture in a bowl.
  10. Place a roti on top of the egg and let the roti stick to the roti.
  11. Add butter on top of the roti and spread it on the roti.
  12. Take the roti out and put the vegetable filling in middle of the roti. Fold the roti, first fold from the sides and then roll the bottom upwards.
  13. Trim the edges and cut the roll in two parts.
  14. Serve it on a plate and put the extra vegetables on the sides or on top and serve it with ketchup on the side.
