Egg Paratha

Steps:
  • Take small amount of dough and start rolling round then fold it in half then apply some olive oil then fold it again in triangle shape and start rolling again.
  • Now heat a pan, apply some clarified butter on Paratha and cook it half.
  • Now take a bowl, crack an egg then add salt and red chilli powder and beat it well.
  • Now take the egg mixture and pour it in the Paratha and cook it in olive oil.
  • Now your Egg Paratha is ready to serve.
