Dashmi roti
Steps:
- In a bowl, add multigrain flour, Besan,salt, turmeric powder, hing, cumin powder,red chilli powder, black mustard seeds,
- mix well and add water to make dough.
- Keep it aside for 10 mins.
- Heat a pan.
- Meanwhile make rotis of the dough.
- Cook it on the pan and add oil to both sides of the roti.
- Repeat with other rotis as well.
- Serve it on a plate with ghee on top.
