Dashmi Roti
Steps:
- In a bowl, add multigrain flour, besan, salt, turmeric powder, hing, cumin powder, red chilli powder, black mustard seeds.
- Mix well.
- Add water to make a dough.
- Keep it aside for 10 mins
- Heat a pan
- Meanwhile, make rotis of the dough
- Cook it on the pan and add little oil on both sides of the roti
- Repeat with other rotis
- Serve it on a plate and put a big dallop of ghee on top
