Dashmi Roti

Steps:
  1. In a bowl, add multigrain flour, besan, salt, turmeric powder, hing, cumin powder, red chilli powder, black mustard seeds.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add water to make a dough.
  4. Keep it aside for 10 mins
  5. Heat a pan
  6. Meanwhile, make rotis of the dough
  7. Cook it on the pan and add little oil on both sides of the roti
  8. Repeat with other rotis
  9. Serve it on a plate and put a big dallop of ghee on top
