Dal Tadka

Steps:
  • Take a bowl, add ghee, cumin seeds, dry red chilli, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chopped onion and tomato and mix it well and microwave it for 8 minutes.
  • Now take another bowl, add tur dal, water 1 cup, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Now in another bowl, add rice, salt and water 1 cup.
  • And keep both the bowls in microwave for 12 minutes.
  • Now mix tadka in dal and garnish it with chopped coriander and serve it with rice.
  • Now enjoy your Dal Tadka.
