Take Urad dal soak it in water for overnight and make thick batter.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the batter with the spoon and fry it.
Soak the Wada in chilled water for few minutes.
Now take a plate, put Wada top it with curd and sprinkle some salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, tamarind chutney, coriander chutney, Boondi and fresh chopped coriander.
