Cream of Cauliflower

Steps:

• Now add, chopped cauliflower, salt and pepper and sauté it then add water and cover it with a lid and cook it for few minutes.
• Now add cream and cook it for a minute.
• Now transfer it in a blender and blend it well.
• Now sieve it and garnish it with butter and brunt rosemary.
