Cranberry Cake
Steps:
- Take a bowl, add butter and sugar and mix it then crack 2 eggs and mix it well.
- Now add flour, baking powder and milk little by little and mix it.
- Now add vanilla essence and cranberry jam and mix it,
- Now pour the batter in cupcake moulds and put the moulds in oven at 1800C 20 – 25 minutes.
- Now your Cranberry Cupcakes are ready to serve.
