Couscous Salad
Steps:
- Take a bowl, add couscous and hot water and cover it with foil and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Take another, add vinegar, salt, castor sugar, pepper and olive oil and mix it well.
- Now add chopped olives, chopped almonds, raisins, dried prunes, mint leaves and soaked couscous and mix it well.
- Now enjoy your Couscous Salad.
