Coconut Rice

Steps:
  1. Heat a pan. Add oil, black mustard seeds, methi seeds, curry leaves, sliced fresh coconut, dried red chillies.
  2. Mix well and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder, salt. Mix well.
  4. Add grated fresh coconut and boiled rice.
  5. Mix well and toss it til the rice is heated through.
  6. Add roasted crumbled peanuts.
  7. Serve in a bowl.
