Take a bowl, crack an egg whisk it then add caster sugar, milk, vanilla essence and flour and combine it.
Now heat a pan, add butter then pour the mixture and spread it evenly then add more butter at edges then put chocolate Ganache and fold it in triangle.
Now serve it in plate and garnish with chocolate Ganache.
