Chilli Polenta with Sautéed Vegetables

Steps:
  • Heat a pan, add polenta and roast it for 2 – 3 minutes then add milk, cream, salt and chilli flakes and cook it for few minutes.
  • Then transfer it in greased tray and let it cool and cut it in square.
  • Now heat a grilling pan, add butter, chopped zucchini, chopped peppers, sliced cherry tomato, salt and mixed herbs and grill it for few minutes.
  • Now in the same pan grill cooked polenta.
  • Now serve grilled polenta with grilled vegetables and garnish it with rosemary.
  • Now enjoy your Chilli Polenta with Sautéed Vegetables.
