Chilli Paneer

Steps:
  • Take a bowl; add flour, salt to taste, black pepper, dark soya sauce and water as needed and mix it and make thick batter
  • Now add Paneer pieces, little chopped garlic and chopped green chillies into the batter and mix it.
  • Now heat the oil in the pan to fry Paneer pieces till it gets golden colour.
  • Now heat a pan, add oil, chopped onions and cook it till it gets brown and then add capsicum, red chilli sauce, dark soya sauce, chilli vinegar and green chillies and cook it for a minute.
  • Now take a bowl, add corn flour and water as needed and add this to the pan and cook it for few minutes then add fried paneer piece.
  • Now you Chilli Paneer it ready to serve.
