Take a bowl; add flour, salt to taste, black pepper, dark soya sauce and water as needed and mix it and make thick batter
Now add Paneer pieces, little chopped garlic and chopped green chillies into the batter and mix it.
Now heat the oil in the pan to fry Paneer pieces till it gets golden colour.
Now heat a pan, add oil, chopped onions and cook it till it gets brown and then add capsicum, red chilli sauce, dark soya sauce, chilli vinegar and green chillies and cook it for a minute.
Now take a bowl, add corn flour and water as needed and add this to the pan and cook it for few minutes then add fried paneer piece.
