Chicken Tandoori Burger

Steps:
  1. In a bowl, add minced chicken, salt, tandoori spice, chaat masala, turmeric powder, chopped ginger, chopped red chillies, red chilli powder.
  2. Mix well and keep aside for 10-15 mins.
  3. Make patty as big as the burger bun.
  4. In another bowl, beat an egg.
  5. Heat a pan, add oil. Let it heat.
  6. Dip the patty in the egg, then in maida, then in the bread crumbs and coat it lightly.
  7. Fry the patty until brown.
  8. Add a cheese slice on top of it and cook until it melts.
  9. Cut the burger bun in half and brush it with melted butter.
  10. Heat a grilling pan and toast the buns.
  11. Grill the onions if required.
  12. Put mustard sauce on the base bun and spread it evenly.
  13. Layer it with lettuce, then the patty, sliced onions, sliced tomatoes and cover it with the top bun.
  14. Serve in a plate with ketchup or mayonnaise on the side.
