Chicken Tandoori Burger
Steps:
- In a bowl, add minced chicken, salt, tandoori spice, chaat masala, turmeric powder, chopped ginger, chopped red chillies, red chilli powder.
- Mix well and keep aside for 10-15 mins.
- Make patty as big as the burger bun.
- In another bowl, beat an egg.
- Heat a pan, add oil. Let it heat.
- Dip the patty in the egg, then in maida, then in the bread crumbs and coat it lightly.
- Fry the patty until brown.
- Add a cheese slice on top of it and cook until it melts.
- Cut the burger bun in half and brush it with melted butter.
- Heat a grilling pan and toast the buns.
- Grill the onions if required.
- Put mustard sauce on the base bun and spread it evenly.
- Layer it with lettuce, then the patty, sliced onions, sliced tomatoes and cover it with the top bun.
- Serve in a plate with ketchup or mayonnaise on the side.
