Chicken Pad Thai

Steps:
  • First heat a pan, add peanut oil, chopped onion and garlic and sauté it.
  • Then add chopped cabbage, peppers (red, green and yellow) and boiled chopped chicken and cook it for few minutes.
  • Now add chopped red Thai chilli, lemon juice, chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, fish sauce and cook it well.
  • Now add glass noodle (which were soaked in 1 cup of hot water) and cook it for few minutes and transfer it in a plate.
  • Now crack eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper and beat it well.
  • Now heat a pan, add oil and beaten egg and make omelette and slice the omelette.
  • Now in a same pan sauté some sprouts.
  • Now put sliced omelette and sprouts on the plate and garnish it with chopped spring onion.
  • Now enjoy your Chicken Pad Thai.
