Chicken Curry
Steps:
- Heat butter in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and sauté it for a minute or two.
- Now add onion puree and stir it properly for a minute.
- Then add tomato puree, coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, black pepper, cardamom and bay leaf and cook it for 5 minutes.
- Now add chicken and water and let it cook for more 12 – 15 minutes on low flame.
- Once the chicken is cooked garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Now your Chicken Curry is ready to serve.
