Chicken and Quinoa Salad
Steps:
- Take a bowl, add mixed vegetables and water and microwave it for 2 – 3 minutes then drain the water.
- Now take another bowl, add apple cider, grated garlic, maple syrup and olive oil and mix it well.
- Now add chopped onion, peppers, mint leaves, boiled Quinoa and blanched mixed vegetables and mix it well.
- Now take a plate, place lettuce leaves and put salad on it and garnish it with sliced chicken salami.
- Now enjoy your Chicken and Quinoa Salad.
