Cheesy Malai Paneer Tikka

Steps:
  1. In a bowl, add black salt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix well.
  2. Make big pieces of paneer.
  3. Coat each piece with the marination and keep aside for 10 to 15 mins.
  4. Add coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, white pepper powder, cashew paste. Mix well.
  5. Heat a grilling pan. Grease it evenly with butter.
  6. Put the pieces in the pan and cook it until all the sides become brown.
  7. Meanwhile, to make the creamy layer, in another bowl, add heavy cream and grated mozzarella cheese.
  8. Put this mixture on top of the paneer pieces, cover it and cook it until the cheese melts.
  9. In the leftover creamy sauce, add more heavy cream, a d cardamom powder. Mix well.
  10. Toss the paneer pieces to coat it all over with the cheese.
  11. Put the cooked paneer pieces into the bowl of cream.
  12. Mix well and coat the pieces from all sides.
  13. Garnish it with fresh mint leaves.
  14. Serve it.
