Cheesy Enchiladas
Steps:
- Heat a pan, add olive oil and veggies and saute it and transfer it in a bowl then add salt and pepper and mix it.
- Now take tortilla sheet, spread enchiladas sauce and put saute veggies then put olives and grate some cheese and roll it.
- Now transfer it in a dish then drizzle some enchiladas sauce and grated cheese and bake it for 15 – 20 minutes at 1800C and garnish it with parsley.
- Now enjoy your Cheesy Enchiladas.
