Cheese and Olive Paratha
Steps:
- Take a bowl, add multigrain atta, salt, chilli flakes, olive oil and water and mix it and make dough.
- Now take another bowl, add grated mozzarella cheese, chopped olives, salt and chilli flakes and mix it well.
- Now take some dough and roll it with rolling pin then add filling and wrap it and roll it again.
- Now heat a pan, add oil and Paratha and cook it from both the sides and garnish it with mixed herbs and mint leaves.
- Now enjoy your Cheese and Olive Paratha.
