Chakli
Steps:
- In a bowl, add grinded moong dal, salt, turmeric powder, sesame seeds, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, besan.
- Add ghee and water to make a batter
- Grease the chakli machine in ghee or oil
- Put the batter into the machine
- Heat oil in a pan
- Make chaklis in the oil and fry it until it becomes crisp and golden in color
- Take it out on a tissue paper
- Serve it on a plate
