Chakli

Steps:
  1. In a bowl, add grinded moong dal, salt, turmeric powder, sesame seeds, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, besan.
  2. Add ghee and water to make a batter
  3. Grease the chakli machine in ghee or oil
  4. Put the batter into the machine
  5. Heat oil in a pan
  6. Make chaklis in the oil and fry it until it becomes crisp and golden in color
  7. Take it out on a tissue paper
  8. Serve it on a plate
