Butter Chicken

Steps:
  1. In a bowl, add boneless chicken, salt, ginger garlic paste, kashmiri chilli powder, lemon juice and garam masala.
  2. Mix well. Keep aside for marinating for 15 to 30 mins.
  3. In a pan, add desi ghee and let it melt.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute it for a minute.
  5. Add tomato puree, chicken masala, garam masala, chaat masala, cumin powder, slit green chillies, deghi mirchi powder and salt.
  6. Mix well and let it cook until ghee gets on the edges.
  7. In another pan, dry roast kasuri methi for a minute or two.
  8. Take it out on a plate and crush it to powder.
  9. In a grilling pan, add ghee and spread it evenly.
  10. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook it from all sides.
  11. Add heavy cream to the gravy, and to adjust the consistency, add milk. Mix well.
  12. Add the chicken pieces and dry roasted kasuri methi. Mix well
  13. Cover it and cook it for atleast 15 mins.
  14. Add butter and mix well.
  15. Garnish it with butter and heavy cream.
  16. Serve hot in a bowl.
