Blueberry Cup Cake

Steps:
  • First crack eggs in a bowl and add sugar and whisk it well
  • Now take a bowl, add flour and baking powder and mix it.
  • Now add vanilla extract, butter, milk and dry ingredients in to the egg batter
  • Now add blueberry jam in the batter and mix it well.
  • Now pour the batter into the cupcake the moulds.
  • Now put the cupcake in the oven at 1800C for 30 – 35 minutes.
  • Now let it cool down then top with blueberry icing and some fresh blueberry.
  • Now your Blueberry Cupcake is ready to serve.
