Blueberry Cup Cake
Steps:
- First crack eggs in a bowl and add sugar and whisk it well
- Now take a bowl, add flour and baking powder and mix it.
- Now add vanilla extract, butter, milk and dry ingredients in to the egg batter
- Now add blueberry jam in the batter and mix it well.
- Now pour the batter into the cupcake the moulds.
- Now put the cupcake in the oven at 1800C for 30 – 35 minutes.
- Now let it cool down then top with blueberry icing and some fresh blueberry.
- Now your Blueberry Cupcake is ready to serve.
