Steps:
  • Combine pepper, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds and coriander seeds in a plate and microwave it for 5 minutes then crush it.
  • Now in a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, curd and chopped mint leaves and mix it then add chicken and mix it well and keep it aside.
  • Now in a bowl, add rice and water 2 cups and microwave it for 12 minutes.
  • Now in a dish, add ghee, sliced onion, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin seeds, black pepper corn, cinnamon stick and bay leaves and microwave it for 5 minute then add tomato puree and khada masala and mix it and microwave it again for 8 minutes
  • Then add marinated chicken, cream, milk and salt and mix it and microwave it
  • Then spread boiled rice and garnish it with chopped coriander and green chilli and microwave it for 7 minutes
  • Now enjoy your Biryani.
