Bharleli Bhendi

Steps:
  1. Cut the ends and make butterfly cuts in the bhendi
  2. In a bowl, add garam masala, sliced onions, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, mustard oil, grated coconut.
  3. Mix well. Put this stuffing inside the bhendi
  4. Heat a pan. Add oil, jeera. Let it crackle
  5. Put the bhendi in the pan. Toss it and fry it for 5-10 mins.
  6. Add coconut milk. Mix well and cook until it thickens/
  7. Serve hot in a bowl.
