Steps:
  1. Heat a pan. Add mustard oil, mustard seeds.
  2. Let it crackle.
  3. Add curry leaves, sliced garlic. Saute it for a minute
  4. Add sugar, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, puffed rice.
  5. Mix well and roast till it becomes crisp and even in color.
  6. Serve it in a bowl.
