Besan Pithla

Steps:
  1. Heat a pan. Add oil, jeera and mustard seeds, hing, red chilli, turmeric poweder, curry leaves.
  2. Mix well
  3. Add chopped onions and saute it for a minute.
  4. Add besan. Mix well and cook for 15-20 mins on low flame
  5. Add water and mix well.
  6. Cook for 2-3 mins
  7. Serve hot on a plate
