Besan Pithla
Steps:
- Heat a pan. Add oil, jeera and mustard seeds, hing, red chilli, turmeric poweder, curry leaves.
- Mix well
- Add chopped onions and saute it for a minute.
- Add besan. Mix well and cook for 15-20 mins on low flame
- Add water and mix well.
- Cook for 2-3 mins
- Serve hot on a plate
