Besan Pancakes
Steps:
- In a bowl, add besan and ground sugar. Mix well.
- Add water and make a batter.
- Whisk it well and make sure there are no lumps.
- Heat a pan. Add olive oil and spread it evenly.
- Put the batter in small circles to make pancakes.
- Flip the pancakes when you see bubbles beside it.
- Cook it well from both sides.
- Serve it on a plate and coat the pancakes with honey and pomegranate.
