Beetroot Risotto

Steps:
  • Heat a pan, add butter, olive oil, chopped garlic and onion and sauté it.
  • Now add Arborio rice and sauté it for a minutes then add white wine.
  • When white wine gets reduces then add water, salt and pepper and cook it for few minutes.
  • Now add blanched beetroot puree and cook it for at least 20 minutes and keep adding some water and garnish with grated cheese.
  • Now your Beetroot Risotto is ready to serve.
