Batata Chi Usal

Steps:
  1. Heat a pan. Add oil, jeera, black mustard seesn and let it crackle.
  2. Add ginger paste and saute for a minute
  3. Add sliced tomatoes and tomato puree. Cook for 1-2 mins.
  4. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and cook until tomatoes become soft.
  5. Add boiled potatoes. Mix well and cook for 2-3 mins.
  6. Add water, mix well. Cover it and let it cook for 5 mins.
  7. Add jaggery and mix till the jaggery melts.
  8. Serve hot in a bowl with pav on the sides and garnish it with chopped coriander and chakna.
