Bake Mushroom in Tomato Sauce
Steps:
- Heat a pan, add olive oil, chopped garlic and onion and sauté it.
- Now add tomato puree, tomato ketchup, salt, chilli flakes and some water and cook it for few minutes.
- Now heat anther pan, add butter, mushroom, salt and pepper and give a toss.
- Now transfer the mixture in the baking dish and top it with mushroom and cover it with foil and put in the preheated oven for 5 – 7 minutes at 1800
- Now enjoy your Baked Mushroom in Tomato Sauce.
