Aloo Tikki
Steps:
- Take a bowl, add grated boiled potato then add salt, garam masala and flour and mix it and make dough.
- Heat the oil in the pan to fry.
- Now take a small amount of dough and fry it till golden brown.
- Now garnish with green chillies and fresh chopped coriander.
- Now serve the Aloo Tikki with mint and coriander chutney and tamarind chutney
