Steps:
  • Take a bowl, add grated boiled potato then add salt, garam masala and flour and mix it and make dough.
  • Heat the oil in the pan to fry.
  • Now take a small amount of dough and fry it till golden brown.
  • Now garnish with green chillies and fresh chopped coriander.
  • Now serve the Aloo Tikki with mint and coriander chutney and tamarind chutney
