Aloo Bonda
Steps:
- In a bowl, add boiled mashed potatoes, salt, red chilli powder, chopped green chillies, turmeric powder, garam masala and chopped coriander.
- Mix well.
- Make equal sized balls.
- In a bowl, add chickpea flour, salt and water.
- Mix well to make a batter.
- Dip the potato balls in this batter and then coat it lightly with poha.
- In a pan, heat oil. Fry the balls until they become crisp and golden brown.
- Serve hot on a plate with ketchup on the side.
