Aloo Bonda

Steps:
  1. In a bowl, add boiled mashed potatoes, salt, red chilli powder, chopped green chillies, turmeric powder, garam masala and chopped coriander.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Make equal sized balls.
  4. In a bowl, add chickpea flour, salt and water.
  5. Mix well to make a batter.
  6. Dip the potato balls in this batter and then coat it lightly with poha.
  7. In a pan, heat oil. Fry the balls until they become crisp and golden brown.
  8. Serve hot on a plate with ketchup on the side.
