Heat a pan, add bay leaves, saunf, jeera, moti elaichi, kali mirch, dalchini, Javitri and Patthar ke phool and roast it for a minute then add mutton pieces and cook till it gets brown.
Now add salt and water and cover it with lid and boil it for 5 – 7 minutes.
Now sieve it then pour the Yakhni in another heating pan.
Then add almond paste and boil it for few minutes.
Now pour it in a bowl and garnish it with chopped almonds, fried onion and chopped coriander.
