Almond Mutton Yakhni

Steps:
  • Heat a pan, add bay leaves, saunf, jeera, moti elaichi, kali mirch, dalchini, Javitri and Patthar ke phool and roast it for a minute then add mutton pieces and cook till it gets brown.
  • Now add salt and water and cover it with lid and boil it for 5 – 7 minutes.
  • Now sieve it then pour the Yakhni in another heating pan.
  • Then add almond paste and boil it for few minutes.
  • Now pour it in a bowl and garnish it with chopped almonds, fried onion and chopped coriander.
  • Now enjoy your Almond Mutton Yakhni.
